Your repairman, Mike, was great! He came in, did his job in a very professional, friendly manner. Best of all there was no mess; he cleaned up not only the area he repaired but the entire stair-lift! The stair-lift rides so much smoother with no noise and stops perfectly at the top of the landing. The Acorn is much nicer than my other one, I love it!
